Your benefits and COVID-19

What you need to do:

1Explore your benefit options. The 2022 Sunrun Benefit Highlights Flyer gives you a quick rundown of your benefit options and related costs. To take a deeper dive into your options, explore this site to help you decide which benefits make sense for you and your family.

2Register on Workday. Within 31 days of your hire date, register on Workday, our online enrollment system, by going to OKTA Single Sign-On and clicking on the Workday link.

3Make your benefit elections. Within 31 days of your hire date, make your benefit elections (or waive coverage) by logging into OKTA Single Sign-On. Please note that you are automatically enrolled in the Sunrun 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 60 days of service.

Key Dates to Know

31 days from your hire date. The number of days you have to enroll in benefits. If you do not take action within 31 days, the New Hire Enrollment period will end and you will be enrolled in Sunrun-provided benefits only. Your next opportunity to enroll in coverage will be Open Enrollment, or if you experience a qualifying life event during the year.

1st of the month following your hire date. The day your health care benefits go into effect!

1st of the month following 60 days of service. The number of days of service you need to have before you are enrolled in Sunrun’s 401(k) Plan.
